 Airmixs delivers products across India and supports international shipping based on order size and destination. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe handling and timely delivery of industrial components.

For international orders, customs clearance and import regulations may apply based on the destination country.


Order Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation and payment. Custom, bulk, or non-stock items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during order confirmation. 



Delivery Timeframes


Estimated delivery times depend on product availability and delivery location:

  • Stock items: 2–5 business days (domestic)

  • Bulk or custom orders: 5–15 business days

  • International shipments: Based on courier and destination

Exact timelines are shared once the order is confirmed.  


Shipping Charges


Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, delivery location, and shipping method. Charges will be displayed or communicated before order confirmation.

Free or discounted shipping may be available for large or repeat orders. 

Packaging & Handling


All products are securely packed using industrial-grade packaging materials to prevent damage during transit. Sensitive components are protected against moisture, dust, and impact. 

Tracking Your Order


Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor delivery progress in real time through the courier’s tracking system. 



International Shipping


Airmixs supports international shipping for bulk and project-based orders. Our team will assist with documentation, export packaging, and logistics coordination where required.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local clearance charges. 



Damaged or Missing Items


If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Our team will investigate and arrange replacement or resolution as applicable.
