Return Policy

Return Eligibility


Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within the specified timeframe.

Return Request Timeframe


All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return


To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, and photos of the issue (if applicable). Our team will review the request and confirm whether the return is approved.

Do not send products back without prior return approval. 



Return Approval


Once your return request is reviewed, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved returns will receive instructions on how and where to send the product. 


Return Shipping


If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Airmixs.

If the return is due to a customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 



Inspection & Processing


Returned products will be inspected upon arrival. If the product meets return conditions, the return will be processed accordingly. Items showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing packaging may be rejected. 


Replacement or Refund


Depending on availability and customer preference, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
 

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-manufactured or special-order items

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling
